Fine Arts — Questions We Get Asked
BFA and degree tracks require 10+2 in any stream. Diploma programmes are open to 10+2 candidates as well. Admission is based on counselling and a portfolio or drawing sample where relevant — there is no entrance exam.
Between 1 and 4 years. BFA is a 4-year degree, other degree and diploma tracks run 1–3 years depending on specialisation.

A portfolio helps but is not mandatory for all tracks. Foundation drawing is taught from first principles, so committed beginners are accepted after a counselling session.
