NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) prepares teachers for pre-primary and nursery classrooms. NPTT (Nursery Primary Teacher Training) extends the same foundation to primary classes, covering primary-level pedagogy and subject teaching methods.
NTT and NPTT require 10+2 in any stream. D.Ed is a 2-year programme open to 10+2 candidates. B.Ed requires a bachelor's degree. Admission is through counselling — no entrance exam.
D.Ed is a 2-year full-time programme. NTT and NPTT run 1 year, and B.Ed follows the standard 2-year structure.
