The Placement Cell of IWP provides a platform for passing out students from various disciplines at all levels to realize their professional dreams and ambitions and thus requires the keen and sustained participation of employer organizations. Our students carry the energy, creativity, skill and technical know-how to merge as invaluable assets to the organizations that they are inducted into.
The Placement Cell of IWP conducts training sessions for passing out students, maintains a record of industry engagements for workshops, Industrial Visits, internships, placements and provides 100% placement assistance to all students. Industry engagement is envisaged as a learning process that, by providing exposure to the students in the real-life working environment as part of an academic curriculum helps them to develop and enhance academic, personal and professional competencies coupled with a deeper understanding of the ethics and values that distinguish a good professional.
